Alyssa joined Halliday Financial in 2015 at the Albany, NY office as a Financial Professional. Shortly after she transitioned to focus on accountancy where she worked in both public and private sectors. In 2019 she returned to Halliday but this time at the Sarasota, FL office as the Business Development Coordinator and Financial Professional.  Alyssa’s extensive accounting knowledge in both tax and financial reporting offers her the ability to create unique financial plans for clients.

Background and Education:

Alyssa graduated from Siena College in Loudonville, NY with her Masters in Accounting. She holds her Series 6, 63, New York State Life, Accident, and Health Insurance licenses. She is currently studying for the Uniform Certified Public Accountants Examination.

She started a bookkeeping business called Run the Number Bookkeeping in 2018, offering bookkeeping services for small to medium sized businesses as well as individuals.

In 2020 she joined the board of Drug Free Punta Gorda, a youth substance-abuse prevention coalition, as the Race Coordinator.

Additional Information:

Alyssa is a health enthusiast and an athlete, continuously looking for ways to achieve better athletic performance, while inspiring others to join her on the journey. She loves watching fellow athletes achieve their goals. She is a firm believer in the slogan “Anything Is Possible”.

Alyssa has competed in the IRONMAN 70.3 Lake Placid, NY in 2018 and Haines City, FL in 2019. She also completed the Las Vegas Marathon in 2017, and other countless smaller scale races. She is a member of the Running and Triathlon clubs in both Sarasota and Charlotte County. Next on her race calendar is a full distance IRONMAN and to qualify for the Boston Marathon.

Currently, Alyssa lives in Port Charlotte with her parrot, Indy.
