Frank T. Guiffre, CFP®

Certified Financial Planner™, Wealth Management, Regional Manager

Work at Halliday:

Frank joined Halliday in 2005. He works with wealth management in the form of creating a sound family plan for short, medium, and long term financial goals for his individual clients and families. In addition to working with families Frank has extensive experience in helping corporations and not-for-profits recruit, retain, and educate valuable employees by offering and administering defined contribution advisory services – this includes not only 401(k), but also health insurance, life insurance, and disability.

With Frank’s approach to clients, comfort and communication are most important. Financial planning for families and businesses alike is not a one-hour, one-meeting transition. He takes multiple steps, taking the time to engage his clients into a process that helps them understand when, why, and how goals will be met. There is never a step that doesn’t involve some type of education or explanation – this is done to assure there are no misunderstandings. Frank ensures the plan is acceptable on both sides, and is in the best interest of the client.

Through this process, Frank and his clients engage in many forms of communication which ultimately help clients to feel comfortable with the plan moving forward. The process is meant to be educational, engaging, exciting, and most of all, transparent.

Background and education:

Frank holds a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Albany; he began his financial career immediately out of college at Halliday.
