Frank joined Halliday Financial in 2012 as a Financial Advisor. He also remains the Principal of Life Stages Financial Group. Life Stages Financial Group is passionate about creating educational content, providing financial literacy education, and helping people identify and achieve their most important financial goals. Through Halliday Financial, Frank offers a full suite of investment and insurance solutions to help both individuals and businesses.

To serve the increasingly multi-generational needs of families, Frank specializes in capital preservation, wealth accumulation strategies, retirement income and social security benefit planning, and estate conservation. Frank has become known for his experience in complex and advanced applications of life, disability, and long term care insurance to benefit business owners and individuals.

Through several market corrections and recessions, Frank has built his reputation through his unwavering support for the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in his relationship with clients. He explores each of their unique financial situations and goals in order to provide the highest quality solutions, services, and products. He helps clients successfully reach their desired destination.

Working together with clients through active listening and asking critical questions is the hallmark of Frank’s approach to appreciating clients’ life agendas. While developing a personalized financial plan, Frank walks clients through relevant portions of a comfortable step-by-step planning process. This process focuses on maximizing income, cash flow, wealth accumulation, asset protection, and legacy planning, with strategies that allow clients to feel confident in their financial decisions. Once clients’ goals have been established, Frank customizes appropriate recommendations to suit their particular vision and objectives; planning results are then tracked and reviewed with clients on an agreed upon schedule.

Background and education:

Frank holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in history and political science from SUNY Binghamton, a master’s degree in education from SUNY Plattsburgh, and has completed additional graduate work towards a PhD at the University of Illinois.

Frank has taught economics, history, and political science at high school and college levels. In the 1990s, Frank toured Asia and the Mediterranean several times as Director of an Education Consulting Firm.

He is holds his Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, and his New York State Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license.

Additional information:

Frank believes strongly in life-long learning and continual personal and professional growth. To stay equipped to address issues that impact his clients, Frank continually takes classes and seeks knowledge in subjects in and outside of the area of financial services; on a frequent basis, he is sought out to teach adult education classes in many area schools.

Frank is an avid fitness proponent and enjoys Latin dancing, skiing, speed chess, hiking, traveling and exploring other cultures, 1960s hot rod cars, and playing handball and racquetball.

Frank has been active in his service to the local community in many ways, including serving as:

  • Trustee of the Oriental Shrine, and Member of Shriner’s International to Support Shriner’s Hospitals for Children
  • Regional Sports Director of basketball and track for the Special Olympics
  • Mentor for the US Committee for Refugees and Immigrants
  • Area Governor of Toastmasters International
  • Member of Capital Advanced Toastmasters
  • President of Saratoga Turf Talkers
  • Board Member of Best Buddies Charity for People with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
  • Adult Literacy Instructor

In addition, Frank is a supporter of several charities to benefit homeless people and animal welfare.
